Greetings,
Ingrid shares how a vulnerable moment with a partner brought her some clarity in recognizing that sometimes she just needs to ask.
This antidote helps illuminate the power of Mars in Gemini alining with Chiron in Aries, a frequency that will empower you to face your insecurities in asking, and answering questions with authenticity, from this week leading up to Valentine’s Day.
Mercury begins transit in Aquarius, bringing a logical and innovative conversations to the community, or group context.

The themes this week are…
1. Communication
2. Community
3. Courage
I’m curious to know if any of you have noticed a rise in tension out there in the world. Like people are starting to lose their minds a bit.
In professional sports there has been an unusually high number of fights.
Tuesday, there was a brawl involving fans in the stands at a middle school basketball game in Vermont that resulted in the death of a 60-year-old man.
Astrologically speaking, Mercury exits its retrograde shadow on Monday.
The Full Moon was on Sunday.
Both of these transits can increase tension, but even beyond this, there is Pluto, which is completing its transit through Capricorn.
Whenever a planet completes its transit through a Sign increases the power, and tension of that Sign.
Pluto is the God of Death. Capricorn, the Sign which it is transiting in, is the Sign of Authority.
As Pluto inches its way towards Aquarius, you are being called to hold yourself accountable, and accept your responsibility for being alive here on Earth at this point in time.
Refraining to do so, will leave you in the care of greater authority figures, or entities, who would gladly take control over the infinite energetic power that exists within your Soul.
Most of us, myself included, really barely even know a tiny fraction of what we are capable of, as men and women living on planet Earth, but there is something deep within us that does.
It is the unrequited knowing, and our inability to harness that power that leads us to lash out violently at one another, like there is a frustration in knowing what is within reach, but at the same time out of grasp.
Saturn, the God of Wealth and Time, is within the final five degrees of Aquarius, the Sign of Community. This restrictive energy in the Aquarius, is also pushing us to claim independence.
However, those who are unable to do what they know they must, may also be lashing out in rebellion towards anything that steps into their path, whether that is truly the force that is impeding them, or not.
These astral and planetary energies are going to continue to build through March and April, when Saturn transits into Pisces, and Pluto transits into Aquarius, while also joined by not one, but two New Moons in Aries. We’ll get into what all that means as we journey into the weeks ahead.
In the meantime, if you are curious how these, or any other transits are affecting you directly, I encourage you to reach out to me for a reading.
Wishing you all the best through the week, as you ride the planetary waves!
MONDAY, February 6

Mercury in Capricorn Sextile Neptune in Pisces
Mercury, the planet of the conscious mind, in the sign of responsibility, Capricorn, aligns with Neptune, the planet of dreams, in Pisces, the sign of the unconscious.
Can you connect the dots between what you are doing, and what you are dreaming?
Pisces, and Neptune represent the formlessness of water, while Mercury in Capricorn can help create a mental structure.
What steps are you taking to bring your dreams into reality?
Pisces, and Neptune also represent compassion, while Mercury in Capricorn represents a harsh, rigidity to your mind.
Are you being compassionate to yourself, and empathetic to others who are ascending towards the mountain top with you?
Sometimes beating yourself up prevents you from getting to where you want to be more so that whatever it was that occurred that you are beating yourself up over.
Give yourself a pass during this period, through recognizing that life is a process that does not always occur within the construct of your desired timeline.
Take the necessary steps to get to where you want to go, but be open to flowing with the energy that may shift your direction of course.
When: February 4 – 8
This period could be challenging for those born with key astrological points or planets in Aries, Gemini, Libra or Sagittarius.

Mercury Exits its Retrograde Shadow
For the last seven weeks, Mercury has been disrupting the mind with the retrograde energy slowing the typical speed of the messenger of the gods.
The planet of communication is now back up to its normal speed, which means now is an ideal time to start a new project, implement new ideas, or add additional work to your plate.
Think ahead to where you would like to be by the time Mercury enters its next retrograde shadow, and begins its next retrograde. It is during that period that you will hopefully be completing the projects you are beginning now.
In looking ahead, the dates to be mindful for are April 7, when Mercury enters its retrograde shadow, April 21, when Mercury begins its retrograde, May 15, when Mercury goes direct, and June 11 when Mercury exits its retrograde shadow.
The current themes to focus on, as discussed with Mercury in Capricorn are goals and achievements.
The next Mercury retrograde will be in Taurus and Gemini, therefore the themes will be self-worth, values, communication, and connectivity through the sharing of ideas.
Connect these themes together to formulate where you would like to be in all areas of your life by June 11.
When:
Retrograde Shadow: December 12, 2022 at 8°8’
Retrograde: December 29, 2022 at 24°21’
End of Retrograde: January 18, 2023 at 8°8’
Retrograde Shadow: February 6, 2023 at 24°21’
This period could be challenging for those born with key astrological points or planets in Aries or Libra.
TUESDAY, February 7

The Moon in Virgo Opposite Venus in Pisces Sextile Uranus in Taurus Trine the Moon in Virgo
As the Moon, the planet of emotions transits through the analytical sign of Virgo, it aligns with Venus, the planet of relationships, in Pisces, and Uranus, the planet of rebellion, in Taurus, the sign of the senses.
Venus also aligns with Uranus, but for a longer period than the Moon, as the Moon moves much quicker than Venus or Uranus.
These alignments are inviting you to take a critical look at how much you are giving in your relationships, and if what you are giving is in balance with what you are receiving.
Are you giving more than you are receiving in your relationships?
Do your partners honor, reflect, or respect your self-worth, and independence?
Does your reality match your relationship fantasies?
What can you shake up in your relationships in order to create a frequency that allows for compassion, and service, which also enlivens the senses?
When:
Venus aligns most strongly with Uranus from February 5 – 10.
The Moon aligns most strongly with Venus and Uranus from 1pm – 11pm PST
This period could be challenging for those born with key astrological points or planets in Gemini, Leo, Sagittarius, and Aquarius
